So pleased we found LoveMaths Tutoring. Aaron worked with Isabelle over a number of months on her maths knowledge, working on areas that Isabelle found difficult. The support helped Isabelle achieve her 6 in higher maths. Isabelle has never been in higher sets so she has had to work extra hard. It was worth every penny to make sure Isabelle felt prepared. Great team. Looking forward to working with you again in the future.
My daughter has worked with Hayleigh a short time but the impact is huge! Olivia now has all the tools and a bucket load of confident to smash these exams and have faith in herself – thank you! I would highly recommend Hayleigh and I know that no matter what the results say on August, the impact has been incredible!
These past 2-3 years have meant ALOT to my twin daughters, they have learnt so much ,it’s absolutely amazing to watch the improvement. This has helped them to pass the 11+ exam and do loads better in their maths.High recommend,it’s worth it!Thank you Liam!!!!
My son was excluded from two schools and sent to outside provision but wouldn’t attend. Liam at Love Maths started doing one to one with him and though it was ropey at the beginning because my son did not want to do it. Liam won him over and my son started to enjoy his sessions and Liams approach and style of teaching was great and I thoroughly recommend Liam for others who need it.
I would definitely recommend tutor Jake and LoveMaths tutoring . My daughter had lost all confidence in maths running up to her SATS so i thought i would try a tutor. With just an hour a week over the last seven weeks her confidence has massively improved and this is showing in her most recent test paper. Jake is so good and patient with her making the learning so much easier. Thank you Jake for all your efforts x
Thanks to Liam at LoveMaths for all the help over the last 18months. Going from a fear of maths to actually enjoying the subject. I can honestly say my daughter has enjoyed the weekly tutoring sessions which built her confidence to the point of achieving a grade 7 GCSE. Thanks again.
My daughter has been having lessons with Peter since early June, she has improved so much already, gaining 36/40 in her school end of year maths test. Peter is friendly and a great teacher, patient and explains things clearly, nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend him.
I was tutored by Liam for a year and a half and genuinely don’t have a bad word to say the support and skills he taught me, they had such a big impact on my GCSEs and he helped me pass maths GCSE on higher tier would 110% recommend him for anyone whose struggling with their maths! xx
Liam is a fantastic tutor he got my daughter through her Maths going from a 1 in mocks and no confidence to getting a 4 today thank you for all your help and patience
Can not recommend Liam highly enough! Having taken my son out of school, Liam has been teaching GCSE Maths to Henry 3 times a week remotely. The change in Henry was almost immediate having gone from predicted grade of 1 at school to predicted 5 in a short space or time. Liam has been incredible patient with him and constantly found a way to explain or adapted the work so Henry understood. He has also kept in touch regularly with reports on how Henry is doing and during the past few months has gone absolutely above and beyond in the run up to GCSEs with his revision plans, setting him daily tasks, which he always has the time to mark and report back to both myself and Henry on.
Liam has been tutoring my daughter in maths and I’m so impressed with the improvement and progress she has made in every aspect of her learning. Liam is thorough, patient and an excellent teacher. I was also really pleased with using the IPad for the tutoring after being apprehensive about this at first I found no difference compared with previous face to face tutoring I have accessed and actually found it much easier in terms of logistics with times and accessing sessions weekly. I would highly highly recommend LoveMaths Tutoring to anyone needing maths tuition.
Liam is a thoughtful and proactive tutor who is passionate about his tutoring. He helped my daughter (year 9) gain confidence and competence. Hoping to use him again when she starts her GCSE syllabus. Highly recommend him.
My daughter has been tutoring with Liam for a short time but already her confidence has grown enormously. It is clear that Liam has extensive knowledge of the curriculum and different exam boards/papers so is able to work through gaps to assist my daughter with her GCSEs. He makes each lesson engaging and fun. Very happy customer 🙂
My son has always found school a challenge and indeed the teachers often found him challenging. Maths was always his strongest subject but he failed his GCSE maths exam. As he had to resit maths at college I decided a maths tutor would give him the extra support and help he needed for him to achieve the best grade he could. It was important the tutor would engage with my son and make the subject fun and interesting.
After Liam’s own assessment he understood my son’s needs and limitations from the outset. He is an organised and enthusiastic teacher who is firm but fair and keeps my son engaged for the full hour without him getting distracted or bored, which is no mean feat! He often relates maths problems to football which makes it easier for my son to understand what is being asked, even if it does lead onto banter on the probabilities of Liverpool beating Man Utd! Over the past six months, my son’s confidence and understanding has grown and the results are already being seen in the improved assessment results he is achieving.
I highly recommend Liam for whatever your child’s abilities are.
Liam has been working with my 6th-grade child for several months. I have seen a huge improvement in his understanding of the basic concepts and his grades have soared. Liam makes it fun and engaging but keeps the kids focused on learning. Very affordable and well worth the investment.
I have worked with Liam Harris now for approximately 4 months.
He is a patient and caring teacher and cares for my well-being and mental health, as I have high anxiety about Maths. He stretches me at times but that is something that I need. And also knows when to reduce my stress levels for me to re-focus on the work.
He is punctual and encourages me by reinforcing the positives of how far I have come and the work I have already completed and learned.
He breaks work down into manageable chunks and will repeat, repeat, repeat until it sinks in. I am an older female student. It’s never too late to learn.
Thanks again Liam for all your help and support in achieving my goals so far. 👍
When we moved to online learning due to the pandemic, my four children struggled. Learning online was difficult and not all my children’s teachers were equipped with how to teach a multitude of students virtually. My children were on their brink of losing interest and falling behind until we were lucky enough to be put in touch with Liam. It took just one session to have all my children interested in maths again. He connects with the children on a personal level as well, which keeps the kids engaged. He is very professional and constantly updates me on my children’s progress. I am happy that despite a pandemic, they are able to excel in their maths.
